PRIVATE INSURANCE COVERAGE

Most health plans provide for foot care services. Insurance companies require the claimant to submit documentation including: a prescription for orthotics, a biomechanical assessment, gait analyses, materials used and the name of the manufacturing laboratory. A Chiropodist/Podiatrist has full prescription rights and is usually the preferred by insurance companies. Our clinic will provide the patient all the necessary documentation that is required for your insurance coverage.
